Resident Care Manager

The Resident Care Manager oversees and coordinates all aspects of resident care and the care staff team to ensure the highest standards of service, safety, and resident satisfaction. This role provides leadership in developing individualized care plans, supervising and mentoring care staff, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

What You Will Do

Assume responsibility for the development and facilitation of resident-directed programming, assess each resident's needs, and prepare and incorporate activities goals into the residents' individualized service plan. Provide leadership and education to care staff and families in relation to the resident's individualized service plan and best practices for caring for people with dementia.

Requirements

• Associate degree and 2+ years of experience preferred OR 4+ years of relevant experience
• CMA certification required
• CPR or BLS certification preferred
• Experience in a similar role, preferably within a senior living community or healthcare setting preferred
• Demonstrated proficiency in common digital tools and applications, including Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word), web-based platforms, electronic health record systems, and any HR-related systems as applicable
