Resident Care Manager/MDS Coordinator - RN - Avamere Sunnyside

Requirements

• RN degree from an accredited college or university
• Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a registered nurse in Oregon
• 1 year of experience as a supervisor in a healthcare setting
• Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices
• MDS Certification (preferred)
• Knowledge of RAI process, CAAs, RUG categories, and MDS 3.0
• Active CPR/BLS certification
