Requirements

  • Demonstrate ethical and professional behavior that align with the values of Hilltop’s Life Adjustment Program
  • Organize and facilitate recreational activities for residents
  • Drive residents to and from offsite activities
  • Provide behavior management techniques and report concerns
  • Complete required documentation
  • Assist participants with activities of daily living
  • Maintain professional boundaries with residents
  • Maintain equipment and supplies
  • Assist with housekeeping duties
  • Support fellow staff with recreational/exercise activities
