Requirements
Demonstrate ethical and professional behavior that align with the values of Hilltop’s Life Adjustment Program
Organize and facilitate recreational activities for residents
Drive residents to and from offsite activities
Provide behavior management techniques and report concerns
Complete required documentation
Assist participants with activities of daily living
Maintain professional boundaries with residents
Maintain equipment and supplies
Assist with housekeeping duties
Support fellow staff with recreational/exercise activities
