Job Description
Resident Engineer is a challenging role that requires overseeing construction projects from start to finish, problem-solving, and decision-making. The ideal candidate has a strong background in engineering and/or construction management, with a focus on sustainable development.
Requirements
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) Required in the state of New York
10+ year's experience in engineering and/or construction management
Key Competencies: Ability to make decisions affecting the cost and performance of the work, Contract management, Management of multidisciplinary teams, 5+ personnel, Construction schedule review, Construction QA/QC
Additional Certifications and Qualifications: CCM, USACE CQM, CCCA, or NICET certifications.
