Job Description
We are looking for a Resident Experience Ambassadors to join our amazing team! This position is expected to start in February 2026. Responsibilities include facilitating socials, games, crafts, cooking, movies, outings, outdoor time, and many other activities, as well as working with the Resident Experience team to bring new and exciting ideas.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in organizing activities or event planning
  • One (1) to two (2) years of working with seniors
  • Ability to communicate verbally, in writing, and through pictures when necessary
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment
  • Ability to utilize technology effectively and efficiently
  • Able to think creatively and independently to meet worthwhile objectives
  • Able to be innovative to create and generate solutions and programs
  • Able to act in solving problems, while exhibiting judgment and a realistic understanding of the issues
  • Able to relate to routine operations in a manner that is consistent with existing solutions to problems
