Role OverviewAt Willow Valley Communities, we're seeking a dedicated Resident Living Social Worker to help Residents navigate life's transitions, overcome challenges, and maintain the highest possible quality of life. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting Residents and their families through important life decisions, health-related changes, and transitions across the continuum of care.
What You Will Do
Support Resident Well-Being by coordinating services and resources to address the psychosocial needs of Residents in Residential Living, guiding Residents through life transitions, and collaborating across the continuum of care.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited college or university
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to navigate sensitive situations with professionalism, empathy, and discretion
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Commitment to person-centered service and collaborative teamwork
