Job Description
EAH Housing is seeking a Resident Manager I to work at Kunia Village I&II, an 82-unit affordable housing community in Kunia, HI. The position involves managing the site to ensure effective fiscal, physical and social soundness, including administrative, facilities and marketing tasks.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of affordable housing property management experience
  • Knowledge of HUD, TCAC, DFEH, and ADA guidelines
  • Valid Drivers License and clean DMV record
  • Reliable transportation
  • Yardi experience (plus)
  • REL license or willingness to obtain one within 9 months
