Job Description
The Resident Manager is responsible for the safety and security of resident beneficiaries, enforcing house rules, and implementing leisure time activities. The position requires a high school graduate or equivalent, valid Nevada Driver’s License, and supervisory experience.

Requirements

  • Must personally abide by all house rules.
  • Assure the safety and security of resident beneficiaries during scheduled shift.
  • Enforce all house rules as outlined in the Beneficiary Handbook.
  • Implement and supervise leisure time activities.
  • Coordinate duties with assistant residence manager.
  • Oversee front deskmen and janitorial force.
  • Conduct bed and locker checks at appropriate times.
  • Report all violations of house rules to Program Director.
  • Complete all daily written reports.
  • Attend meetings as required.
  • Abide by all local, state, federal, OSHA and Salvation Army safety policies.
  • Other duties as assigned by Program Director or Washoe County Coordinators.
