Role OverviewResident Parents and Mentors are responsible for maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment for up to 8 students in a residence. They oversee the growth and development of the students in their care, by helping them balance their responsibilities, interpersonal relationships, and spiritual life.
What You Will Do
Teach students respectful communication skills, time management, and conflict resolution, as well as essential character traits, like honesty, kindness, patience, tolerance, and self-control.
