Role OverviewMaintains responsibility for delivery of clinical primary care, urgent care or occupational medicine services. Provides daily physician management and treatment of patients at the Clinic/Practice.
What You Will Do
Provides clinical services to patients, including diagnosis, treatment and referral. Performs physical exams and develops treatment plans.

Requires a current valid & unrestricted license to practice in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, and board certification or eligibility in an appropriate specialty.
Requirements
- Current valid & unrestricted license to practice in the Commonwealth of Kentucky
- Current valid & unrestricted DEA registration number
- Eligible at all times to be insured for professional liability insurance
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in appropriate specialty
- BCLS required
