Job Description
HDR is looking for a Resident Project Representative to observe water and wastewater utility construction activities in Asheville, NC. The successful candidate will have experience in construction observation and documentation, and be able to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Technology, or combination of education and relevant experience
  • 5+ years of experience in the field, observing and documenting daily construction work activities
  • Experience with construction scheduling, cost controls, and quality
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Experience with Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar software packages
