Job Description
HDR is in need of a Resident Project Representative (RPR) to observe water and wastewater utility construction activities in Asheville, NC. The RPR will be responsible for construction observation and documentation, photographing progress, and producing required reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Technology, or combination of education and relevant experience
  • Demonstrated construction experience on multidisciplinary projects
  • Must have a fundamental understanding of contracts and familiarity with codes and laws governing construction
