Role OverviewAs a Resident Project Representative, you will be on the front lines of infrastructure development, ensuring that what's designed is built to the highest standards. You will work with construction professionals to deliver successful, resilient infrastructure, and uphold the highest standards of quality.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications, maintaining accurate daily records, reviewing construction materials, and conducting observations of installation and acceptance testing.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Technology, or combination of education and relevant experience
- Demonstrated construction experience on multidisciplinary projects
- Engineer in Training (EIT) certification or Professional Engineer (PE) license
- 3 years construction experience
- Ability to interpret construction schedules
- Ability to problem solve and provide possible solutions to the engineer
- Must have a fundamental understanding of contracts and familiarity with codes and laws governing construction
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Must be computer literate, experience with Microsoft Office, Primavera, or related construction packages
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
