Resident Relations Specialist will focus on resident retention and experience, managing the entire resident renewal process to maximize the number of renewals at the community, providing world-class customer service and problem-solving techniques to enhance the experience of current and future residents.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service/ Retail/ Hospitality/ Restaurant or Sales background
  • 2 years customer service experience in a fast-paced service environment
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service to address the needs of current and future residents
  • Reliable mode of transportation
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
