Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Resident Service Coordinator to join our team and manage resident services, assist with property operations, and ensure smooth administrative processes. As a Resident Service Coordinator, you will play a key part in managing resident interactions, supporting property management tasks, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of residents.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of related experience or training.
  • Sales and/or customer service training.
  • Proficiency in software applications, smartphones, and reporting/analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong ability to foster positive relationships with residents and colleagues, creating an open and supportive environment.
  • Skilled in understanding and addressing resident concerns with care and professionalism.
