Job Description
The Resident Service Specialist will coordinate responses to resident service issues, track move-in satisfaction, and maintain customer service standards within the community. They will also complete various administrative functions, including Move-In coordination, Onesite responsibilities, customer service administration, property condition oversight, and back-up coverage.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Associate degree in business administration or equivalent (preferred)
  • Minimum of two years of office experience
  • Minimum of Two years’ experience in residential properties, rental operations, hotel or related business operations (preferred)
