Role OverviewThe Resident Service Assistant (RSA) will help assisted living and memory care residents with daily activities, provide personal care, and ensure their comfort and safety while working alongside a supportive and dedicated team.
What You Will Do
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), help residents prepare for appointments, respond to resident calls, monitor and document vital signs, and act as a mentor to new RSAs.

Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or 1 year of caregiving experience
- Ability to perform vital sign checks, blood glucose monitoring, and other care procedures (training available)
- Compassionate, positive attitude with a passion for helping older adults
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- CPR/BLS and Food Handler certifications (or the ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to pass preemployment screening
