Job Description
WinnCompanies is looking for a Resident Services Coordinator to join our military housing team at Fort Drum, NY. The ideal candidate will assist and coordinate all requests from military families with the property management team, including move ins, move outs, inquiries, and community standards enforcement.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Less than 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Valid driver's license in good standing
  • Proficient with web-based applications and computer systems such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Solid organizational and administrative skills
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks
  • Ability to work with a diverse group of people and personalities
