Job Description
Mercy Housing is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator II to facilitate and implement core programs, collect and record data, and identify human and community service needs of residents. The successful candidate will have knowledge of youth education and enrichment, group facilitation, complexities of homelessness, trauma, mental health, and substance use.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Two (2) years of experience in community development, social services, or related field
Ability to work collaboratively with others in a team environment
Proficient with MS Office (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Maintain confidentiality and obtain appropriate release of information as necessary
