Job Description
Abode is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to provide housing stabilization services to homeless and low-income households in San Francisco County. The role involves providing counseling, referrals, and developing individualized housing plans to increase housing stability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Services, Social Work, Sociology, or related field
  • 1 year of case management experience providing services to homeless or low-income individuals and/or families
  • Valid California Driver's License and current auto insurance
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
