Role Overview

Assist and coordinate requests from military families with the property management team, maintain curb appeal, and coordinate community activities.

Conduct move out assessments, administer move-in paperwork, answer resident questions, and provide customer service.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Less than 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Valid driver's license in good standing
  • Proficient with web-based applications and computer systems such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Solid organizational and administrative skills
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks
  • Ability to work with a diverse group of people and personalities
