Role OverviewThe Resident Services Coordinator provides general service management, including intake, education, and referral of residents to service providers. They work with project-based residents to find employment and educational opportunities, and coordinate events with local agencies to benefit residents.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities include searching for job openings, assisting residents with resume development, coordinating educational opportunities, and maintaining a Resource Directory of service providers. You will also assist residents with economic development, assist office staff with administrative duties, and serve as a liaison to community agencies.
