Role OverviewThe Resident Services Manager is responsible for providing comprehensive support in all aspects of the property operations, including customer service, property maintenance, and administrative tasks. This role is critical to the reputation of the property and the company. The position is part of a garden-style student housing community in Columbia, Missouri, designed for students attending the University of Missouri.
What You Will Do
The Resident Services Manager will assist with resident relations, partner with the Property Manager, maintain community files and records, coordinate fees, develop and implement marketing campaigns, represent the organization at events, and monitor the community website and social media pages.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
