Job Description
The Resident Services Supervisor will oversee Front Desk operations, manage resident communications, and coordinate services to provide a seamless experience for residents and guests. The role requires excellent customer service skills, bilingual capabilities, and experience in concierge or hospitality customer service.

Requirements

  • Excellent English verbal and business level writing skills
  • Bi-lingual capabilities in Spanish and/or other languages
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of life experience and industry training
  • 1 to 3 years concierge or similar level of hospitality customer service experience
  • Basic proficiency in Word and Excel
  • Ability to learn and utilize specialized hospitality and related software
