Job Description
The Resident Services Supervisor will oversee Front Desk operations, manage resident communications, and coordinate services to provide a seamless experience for residents and guests. The role requires excellent customer service skills, bilingual capabilities, and experience in concierge or hospitality customer service.
Requirements
Excellent English verbal and business level writing skills
Bi-lingual capabilities in Spanish and/or other languages
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of life experience and industry training
1 to 3 years concierge or similar level of hospitality customer service experience
Basic proficiency in Word and Excel
Ability to learn and utilize specialized hospitality and related software
