Job Description
We are actively looking for a hospitality-minded Resident Support to join our team at Monarch Landing, Naperville's premier Life Plan Community. The Resident Support works as part of a team in an assigned household, sharing in the completion of tasks related to resident/guest care and household operation, including meal service and laundry.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Some experience working in a skilled nursing environment is preferred
  • Completion of food service sanitation course required within first thirty (30) days of hire
  • Ability to use good reasoning and judgment and react calmly in emergencies
  • Ability to function independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, communicate effectively, and perform simple arithmetic
  • Ability to keep information confidential
  • Ability to work in close cooperation with residents, guests, visitors, families, and staff. Requires a courteous, positive, friendly, and helpful attitude
