Role OverviewJoin our team as a Resident Transportation Driver to transport residents to scheduled events, appointments, outings, and activities. The ideal candidate is safe, with a positive attitude and experience supporting seniors, ready to manage scheduled trips and maintain the bus to standards.
What You Will Do
Drive the bus for scheduled resident and employee outings, complete proper documentation for MnDOT, track and schedule maintenance for the bus, complete daily upkeep for the bus, and complete additional tasks as requested.

Requirements
- Good driving record: no moving violations for the last two years.
- Must pass the MnDOT physical examination and a criminal background check.
- Capable of operating bus lift and strapping wheelchairs into the bus.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience working with people with memory loss and physical disabilities is desired.
- Friendly, outgoing and positive personality.
