Job Description
The Residential Aide is responsible for direct client care, including activities of daily living, safety, health, and wellness, and assists program staff in maintaining a safe environment for all residents. The ideal candidate will establish respectful relationships with clients and participate in rehabilitation, education, and community reentry efforts.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • 2+ years relevant experience as a Residential Aide or equivalent
  • Valid Connecticut Driver’s License
