Job Description
Role Overview

The Residential Aide will utilize a strengths-based & client-centered approach, providing structure and supervision to justice involved Men as they re-enter the community after a period of incarceration.

What You Will Do

The Residential Aide works with Community Justice program staff to help to rehabilitate, educate, and successfully guide clients from incarceration back into the community.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals in recovery and/or those who are justice involved or have a client/customer support background and be highly motivated to help others make positive change.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma / GED with 2+ years relevant experience as a Residential Aide or equivalent
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Regular and predictable attendance is required
