Role OverviewThe Residential Aide will utilize a strengths-based & client-centered approach, providing structure and supervision to justice involved Men/Women as they re-enter the community after a period of incarceration.
What You Will Do
The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals in recovery and/or those who are justice involved or have a client/customer support background and be highly motivated to help others make positive change.
Why It Might Be a Fit
An ability to be both structured and compassionate while maintaining professional and respectful boundaries is required.
Requirements
- High School Diploma / GED with 2+ years relevant experience as a Residential Aide or equivalent or an Associate's Degree
- Valid Driver’s License
- Regular and predictable attendance is required
