Job Description
Residential Aide position at Mount Sinai Wellness Center in Dahlonega, GA. The Residential Aide will work with a high-functioning care team to carry out designated resident care and administer medications. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, current CPR and First Aid certifications, and good written and oral communication skills.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Current CPR and First Aid certifications
  • Ability to successfully complete training in, and demonstrate a practical use of, CPR, First Aid and behavior intervention techniques
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to perform general household upkeep and maintenance
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with an acute attention to detail
  • Previous experience with EHR systems
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a high level of diplomacy and political awareness, and ability to work effectively as a member of a team
  • Satisfactory references from employers and/or professional peers
  • Satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check
