Role OverviewThe Residential Assistant Manager is responsible for collaborating with the Residence Manager and other management team members in overseeing all aspects of operation for the community residential program. This includes ensuring compliance with State and Federal regulations, providing direct supervision and guidance to direct support employees, and providing service coverage in accordance with staff scheduling.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 3 or more years Direct Support Professional experience at a OPWDD certified residence
- Valid New York or Tri-State driver's license for more than one year in good standing
- Experience with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of OPWDD regulations
