Role OverviewThe Residential Assistant Program Manager supports the Program Manager in the daily operation and oversight of a residential program funded by the Department of Social Services (DSS) and providing support to adults with disabilities.
What You Will Do
Provide hands-on leadership, staff guidance, and administrative support while ensuring high-quality, person-centered services, regulatory compliance, and effective team coordination.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in IDD services, preferable in a residential setting
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational, administrative and communication skills
- Knowledge of funding agency regulations/requirements preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Must have demonstrated computer literacy
- 18 years of age or older
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to provide on-call support
- Must have satisfactory background checks, may be required to be a signer on financial accounts
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record
