The role involves maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards, supporting ongoing communication amongst program staff, and ensuring a trauma-informed care environment.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include monitoring residents, covering nonclinical groups, observing peer-led activities, providing transportation, conducting room searches, and providing conflict management. You will also supervise meal preparation, maintain facility cleanliness, and complete necessary documentation.

Requirements
- Minimum of High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate's degree in human services or related field preferred
- Valid and clean NYS Driver's License
- Two years of experience in the human services field, crisis intervention, residential setting, or emergency services
- Knowledge of homeless client issues preferred
- Experience with conflict resolution techniques preferred
