Role OverviewJoin the Wellness Village program as a Residential Attendant, working with adults in a transitional housing environment, ensuring residents and facility safety, and providing direct support to service coordinators and program managers.
What You Will Do
Monitor residents' behavior, ensure a safe atmosphere, perform building checks, incident reporting, medication monitoring, and complete assigned trainings.
Why It Might Be a Fit
This role requires effective communication skills, a minimum of 18 years old, and prior experience in Residential or Drug and Alcohol treatment settings is preferred.
