Residential Behavioral Health Worker (1st Shift) - Nelsonville, OH

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is a community-minded behavioral health organization serving Southeastern and Central Ohio. We are seeking a Residential Behavioral Health Worker for the 1st shift (6 am - 2 pm) at our Nelsonville, OH location. This role provides direct care and supervision to youth in a facility-based behavioral health setting.

What You Will Do

Assess the strengths and needs of youth, provide behavioral interventions, and ensure adherence to schedules and daily routines. You will also assist with meal distribution, plan activities, maintain documentation, complete daily summaries, and provide transportation for youth as needed. Dispense medications as directed and meet billing productivity requirements.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum three years of directly relevant experience, Bachelor's degree, or peer certification preferred
• Demonstrated high degree of cultural awareness
• Experience with multi-need individuals and families
• Broad knowledge of facility-based service systems
• Licensed and able to operate a motor vehicle with appropriate level of insurance coverage
• Willing to participate in and lead cross-systems team building activities
• Able to effectively communicate through verbal/written expression
• Must be able to operate in an Internet-based, automated office environment
• Must be able to work 1st shift
