Role OverviewIntegrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is a community-minded behavioral health organization serving Southeastern and Central Ohio. This role provides direct care and supervision to youth in a facility-based setting, working the 2nd shift (2 pm - 10 pm) in Nelsonville, OH.
What You Will Do
Assess youth strengths and needs, provide behavioral interventions, ensure adherence to schedules, assist with meal distribution and activities, maintain documentation, complete daily summaries, coach personal care and life skills, teach behavioral management techniques, advocate for youth, provide transportation, and dispense medications as directed.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum three years of directly relevant experience, Bachelor's degree, or peer certification preferred
- Demonstrated high degree of cultural awareness
- Experience with multi-need individuals and families
- Broad knowledge of facility-based service systems
- Licensed and able to operate a motor vehicle with appropriate level of insurance coverage
- Willing to participate in and lead cross-systems team building activities
- Able to effectively communicate through verbal/written expression
- Must be able to operate in an Internet-based, automated office environment
- Must be able to work 2nd shift
