The Residential Care Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and administration of a state-operated residential care facility. This role ensures the well-being, safety, and quality of life of residents while maintaining compliance with Arkansas state regulations and federal guidelines.

Requirements
- At least four years of experience in residential services, social services, behavioral health, healthcare, program management, or a related field, including at least two years in a leadership capacity.
