Job Description
The Residential Care Supervisor 1 is responsible for supervising direct care personnel, developing and implementing Individual Habilitation Plans, and ensuring compliance with Medicaid standards and labor contract rules. The role requires experience in providing care to patients and carrying out habilitation plans, preferably for individuals with developmental disabilities or mental disabilities.

Requirements

  • 24 months of training or experience in providing care to patients and/or participating in development and/or carrying out of patients' habilitation plans
  • Experience in implementing and carrying out habilitation plans, preferably for individuals with developmental disabilities or mental disabilities
  • Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment
