Role OverviewThe Residential Care Supervisor 1 will supervise direct care personnel, develop and implement work rules, and ensure compliance with Medicaid standards and labor contract rules. They will also be responsible for staff training, monitoring implementation of Individual Habilitation Plans, and completing employee performance evaluations.
What You Will Do
The Residential Care Supervisor 1 will review written documentation regarding resident behavior response and progress, review requests for clothing purchases, and process staff incident reports. They will also participate in Individual Habilitation Program/Plans meetings and attend unit managers' meetings.

Requirements
- 24 months of experience in providing care to patients and/or participating in development and/or carrying out of patients' habilitation plans
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or mental disability
- Ability to implement and carry out habilitation plans
