Role OverviewThe Residential Care Supervisor 1 will work with case managers to ensure Individual Service Plans are implemented properly and the residents' needs are met. The role involves facilitating activities, following purchasing procedures, and providing hands-on support to staff. The supervisor will also provide corrective feedback or disciplinary action as needed, monitor the home environment, and ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health and safety standards.
