Role OverviewAs a Project Manager at Property Masters, you will oversee multiple construction and renovation projects while ensuring quality, efficiency, and exceptional client satisfaction. You’ll be the driving force on each job site—coordinating subcontractors, solving problems, and keeping projects on track.
What You Will Do
Prepare accurate material, labor, and equipment estimates, lead subcontractor meetings, prepare project bid status reports, oversee subcontractors, conduct weekly on-site visits, and identify challenges and deliver effective solutions.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2–5 years of construction management experience
- Strong working knowledge of general construction and estimating
- Ability to manage multiple projects across various phases of construction
- Understanding of local/state building codes and permitting requirements
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and cloud-based systems
- Excellent communication skills and a high level of attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license; ability to pass a background check and drug test
