Role OverviewThe Residential Construction Risk Management Field Inspector will oversee the inspection and execution of the company's Risk Management Program across residential, multi-family residential, and light commercial developments. This role is essential to protecting construction quality, reducing risk exposure, and strengthening client confidence throughout the building process.
What You Will Do
The selected candidate will monitor projects from foundation through final turnover, ensuring compliance with program standards, manufacturer specifications, and applicable codes. By conducting plan reviews, coordinating critical stage inspections, maintaining accurate documentation, and proactively addressing field issues, this position directly reduces rework, improves efficiency, and safeguards project margins.

Requirements
- 3 - 7 years of Residential Construction Experience
- Must be willing to obtain additional certifications/licenses as required
- OSHA 10-Hour and/or 30-Hour Certification is not required but is a plus
- Valid driver's license in good standing with insurable driving record
- Must have reliable transportation
