Role OverviewAs a Residential Counselor, you will provide rehabilitative support to adults in Group Living Environments (GLE), fostering skills for daily living and community integration. You will teach ADLs (cooking, budgeting, medication management) and socialization skills, implement Treatment Plans and behavioral interventions under clinician guidance, and administer/supervise medications per MAP guidelines and document care.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include teaching ADLs and socialization skills, implementing Treatment Plans and behavioral interventions, administering/supervising medications, transporting residents to appointments and community activities, advocating for residents' needs, and maintaining a safe, clean home environment and completing timely documentation.

Requirements
- High school diploma/GED
- Mental health experience preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to assist with mobility (bending, standing, etc.)
- Strong communication skills (English)
- Basic computer proficiency
