Role OverviewAs a Residential Counselor, you will provide rehabilitative support to adults in Group Living Environments (GLE), fostering skills for daily living and community integration. You will teach ADLs, implement treatment plans, and advocate for residents' needs.

Your key responsibilities will include teaching ADLs, implementing treatment plans, administering medications, transporting residents, and maintaining a safe home environment.

Requirements
- High school diploma/GED
- Mental health experience preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to assist with mobility (bending, standing, etc.)
- Strong communication skills (English)
- Basic computer proficiency
