Role OverviewAs a Residential Counselor, you will provide direct support to people with Brain Injury or behavioral conditions in either a small group residential setting or an individual living arrangement.
What You Will Do
Implement treatment plans, assist people with activities of daily living, administer medication, and provide transportation on outings.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience working with people with developmental disabilities, behavioral conditions and/or brain injury
- Strong time management and writing skills
- 21 years of age or older
- Current, valid, US drivers' license for at least one year
- CPR, First Aid certification within 2 weeks of employment
- MAP certification within 150 days of employment
- CORI, reference, national fingerprinting and driving record check
