Requirements

Implement Positive Behavior Supports (PBS)
Implement and follow individuals' Behavior Skills Plans
Implement and follow EO509 Dining Guidelines
Maintain appropriate and professional boundaries with individuals
Involving individuals in social and vocational opportunities
Implementing Individual Service Plan (ISP) objectives
Promote a high quality of living for individuals
Record accurate and quality data on each individual throughout the shift using ICentrixs
Provide supervision of the individuals and ensure their safety in the residence and community
Perform verbal or physical interventions as needed to ensure safety
Conduct physical restraints as needed
Maintain HIPAA, Confidentiality and Cyber Security
