Role OverviewResidential Counselors provide supervision, support, and mentorship to teens during their 45–60 day treatment stay while helping facilitate groups, activities, and daily routines. This role is both challenging and rewarding, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of teens and their families.
What You Will Do
Provide one-to-one support and supervision to teens struggling with mental health and substance abuse issues, help create a safe, supportive environment, and lead engaging psychoeducation groups and recreational activities.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; college coursework or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Must be at least 21 years old
- All schedules require working at least 1 weekend shift
- Experience working with teens preferred
- Experience working in a behavioral healthcare setting preferred
