Role OverviewResidential Counselor will provide supervision to up to 6 adolescents in residential treatment for mental health and substance abuse issues. The role involves supporting clients in daily activities, facilitating groups, and maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment.
What You Will Do
Provide one-to-one support and supervision, establish positive relationships with clients, maintain vigilance and awareness of the milieu, engage in activities with clients, and conduct and facilitate psycho-education groups and recreational activities.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; college coursework or bachelor’s degree preferred
