Role OverviewDeliver wellness and recovery-oriented case management and support services to service recipients in a group home setting. Provide support directly to residents, including skill development, counseling, transportation, crisis intervention, and task completion.
What You Will Do
Provide on-site supervision, support recreational and socialization activities, transport residents to appointments, and document observations and services provided.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mental health, health, or human services
