Role OverviewProvide direction and assistance to consumers residing in the Community Residential Rehab (CRR) programs, including assisting with daily tasks, transportation, and implementing goal plans.
What You Will Do
Assist with nutrition, housekeeping, budgeting, hygiene, self-care, home safety, social interaction, exercise, health management, and vocational. Transport residents to appointments and outings. Implement goal plans and report progress to clinicians.

Ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license with a clean record, and one year of mental health experience with adults preferred.
